Day care Prices
- Based on a 51 week contract with 4 weeks holiday entitlement of which 1 week is to be used at Christmas.
- Term-time only contracts have no holiday entitlement and are based on 38 weeks.

- Extra hours required will be charged at £9.00 per hour
- If your child is absent on any day and holiday day is not requested, you are still required to pay for the session.
- Those claiming 30 hour funding will receive a different price structure completely.
- Daily prices for day care are inclusive of breakfast, morning and afternoon snack , a cooked lunch and a late snack at 4pm.

- Dinners will be a extra charge of £2.75 per day (funded children) to be paid at the start of each half term.

Two weeks’ notice is required for cancellations or full payment will be charged. If your child is absent you are still required to pay for your place.

Children can bring their own pack lunch or a cooked dinner will be charged at £3.00 breakfast and snacks are provided.
Holiday club prices are for school aged children ONLY. All children under 5 will require to pay the day care prices.
We understand sometimes picking your child up on time is out of your control and we always take this into consideration, however some parents are repeatedly collecting late. This has a knock-on effect to staff who may be needed to collect their own children from childcare or may be needed to be on our school runs. With this in mind, if your child is late to be collected a charge of:
£9.00 – for the first half hour
£20.00 – anything after half hour
